What web accessibility is

An accessible website allows visitors with disabilities to browse, navigate, and interact with our site with the same level of ease as others. Assistive technologies (like screen readers), keyboard navigation, and compatible devices should be able to access our content without barriers. We follow recognized standards to make this happen.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

Here are specific steps we’ve taken to improve accessibility:

  • We adhere to WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines for structure, visual design, content, and interaction.

  • We used Wix’s tools (such as the Wix Accessibility Wizard) to identify and fix issues.

  • We set the site language so screen readers can correctly interpret content.

  • We use a logical heading structure (H1, H2, etc.) across pages for consistency.

  • We added alternative (alt) text to images wherever relevant.

  • We ensure color combinations meet minimum contrast ratios.

  • We reduced motion/animations that could cause discomfort.

  • We ensure embedded audio/video are accessible (captions, transcripts when feasible).

  • We are mindful of accessible formats for documents (PDFs, downloadable content).

Known Limitations & Partial Compliance

While we strive for full compliance, there are some areas we’re still improving or that depend on third parties:

  • Content from third-party widgets or plugins may not always meet all WCAG criteria.

  • Some downloadable files or older content may not fully support accessibility features (e.g. lack of alt-text or captions).

  • In some cases, videos or media sourced externally may not have full closed-caption support.

We are working on these and plan updates over time.

Accessibility Arrangements

If you need content in an alternate format (e.g. large print, audio, or another format), or if you experience any barriers while using the site, please let us know. We will make reasonable accommodations to provide access.

Requests, Issues & Suggestions

We welcome your feedback—if you notice anything that’s not accessible or have suggestions to improve, please contact our accessibility coordinator:

When you contact us, please include: the web address (URL) of the page with the issue, a description of the problem, and the browser/assistive technology you are using (if known).

Future Plans

We consider accessibility an ongoing effort. Going forward, we plan to:

  • Regularly review and test our site for accessibility compliance.

  • Update or replace content that does not meet our accessibility standards.

  • Ensure any new features, designs, or third-party integrations are evaluated for accessibility before deployment.

  • Train team members in accessibility best practices.

By using this site, you acknowledge that we are committed to making improvements and welcome input to support those efforts.

When you contact us, please include: the web address (URL) of the page with the issue, a description of the problem, and the browser/assistive technology you are using (if known).
